My camera won't fit.

Post by FlyingUber »

I have a LG 27" UltraGear, and my camera won't fit. My monitor is not curved nor does the back slope. The arms of the camera are about 1/2" to 3/4" longer than the depth of my monitor. I can not get it to properly balance where I feel safe, without having it possibly swing down and crack my screen.
What should I do?

Hello FlyingUber,

The mounting base can be used on virtually any monitor. You may need to completely lower the back leg of the mount to a near 90 degree angle. Place it on the back of the monitor, and then push the two front legs of the mount all the way apart against the front. Our mount can be used on items as thin as 1/2". If your monitor is thinner than that, you may want to put a small piece of foam between the back leg and the monitor to help support it.

If you are still having trouble, would you please share a photo of how you have the base situated right now?
