Downloaded 5.0 Beta 01 .exe.
It refuses tu run with thw message "is not a valid Win32 Application"
I have 4.0 installed and want to upgrade to 5.0
What am I doing wrong?

Is it the setup that does not run or the TrackIR5.exe that does not run?
If it is the setup applicatrion, it's possible the executable was corrupted during download. Please try downloading and reinstalling again.
If it is the TrackIR 5 exectuable, could you post your OS specs (e.g. Windows XP SP@, etc )?

It is the Setup.exe that provokes the "not valid Win32" message.
I will download again today and keep you posted
