Re: Beta version crash

Thank you, I've just emailed support. Concerning the workaround I mentioned: well it was just to good to be true .. after running stable in NT4 compatibility mode for two days, the beta has gone back to crashing on start today, all other things constant as far as I can see. So compat. mode does not seem to be the answer...

Running beta4 in NT compatibility mode (and beta3 yesterday) is better. It still crashes, this time exiting the program, but not so often than before...

The only problem is that I have to disable my secondary touchscreen monitor, otherwise the interface doesn't get completely drawn. I've sent a screenshot to Morgan about it.
Needless to say, I need my 2nd monitor ON...

I'll keep on testing.

Crashes on my system, too.

However it doesn't crash always.

Is it possible that the automatic update-check has something to do with the problems?

here is a crash call-stack:

The last stack may be misleading. This time I waited until TrackIR crashed and then attached the debugger:

Maybe it has something to do with the profiles? I moved away all but the "default.xml"-profile in the "Profiles"-directory and the crashes seem to disappear. But I'm not sure. Maybe just a conincidence...

Just did. But it's not really an "issue". Just wanted to "help out" with the beta.
