Game: rFactor
OS: Vista 64 HE
I loved the new software when I first installed (after removing v4.136) and it seemed a lot more responsive straight away. I set it up to use 'Smooth' for the rFactor game and assigned a j/stick button for 'center'.
All seemed OK until I alt-tabbed out of the game, when I alt-tabbed back in, TIR5 was frozen (e.g. Blue Light on, Green light on... but head movements were not acted upon... and I noticed that my G25 wheel had also lost the FFb effects. All my USB devices go in to the motherbaird and I have a rather larger gaimng PSU, so no power issues there.
To rectify the problem, I had to exit the game, unplug both devices (they are on separate Pairs of connections on the motherboard BTW) end the TrackIR process in Task Manager, plug in both devices one aftre the other and started the game. This problem is repeatable.
I have since reverted to v4.137 software as it is stable and I do not get this problem.
