I'm using a TrackIR 4 with the standard clip, and the TIR5 software Beta 2.
The problem I have is that the rear reflector reflects to little or becomes too small, and when that happens the tracking disables. The rear dot is still visible, but all dots are now red. I have my head about 5dm from the camera.
Is there any way to make it react to smaller dots, or am I going to have to lean forward all the time to use it?
Rear dot too small
Re: Rear dot too small
Have you tried cleaning the clip itself with some warm soapy water?
How far away from the unit are you located?

Wow, that worked flawlessly. Didn't think it could get that dirty seeing as nothing ever touches it, but hey, it worked. The rear dot is almost reflecting more than the front ones now.
I said in my first post how far I was from the unit, 5-6dm for the head, probably 7-8dm centre mass.
Thank you for the help.
