I just got TIR5 as an upgrade from my good ol' TIR3Pro, but this new one does NOT track anything!?!
I tried v4 build37 drivers first as it was already installed, as well as the latest v5B3 drivers. I think I tried everything possible, settings, unplugging, different USB ports, rebooting. All NOTHING.
Well, it tracked for a wee wee bit, but as it was so bright in my room I had to close the dripes. When I came back the tracking hung to never revive again.
The F9 key seems to work as the red leds on the sides lit up, but that's it.
I was sooo excited to find this one in the mail, this afternoon, but now Im disappointed, sad and mad
Another thing that caught my attention. The chip gets really hot as well, it's too much to say I burn my fingers, but it's kinda close!
DOA product? Is the chip fried somehow? Or some kind of driver issue after all?

Just ignoring the facts above I tried what would happen if I were to launch a game. I understand that the two leds on either side should light up green? Well, looking at it, the right one does lit up, yet the one on the left does NOT.
What does this mean?
