I'm using a TIR 5 with the 5.0 Beta 4 Software, and it doesn't work with Lock On Flaming Cliffs (v1.12). When I start the game, the bottom quarter of the screen is corrupted (flickering/black); both the menus and the 3D view. Also the menus behave weirdly, some not registering mouse clicks.
With the TrackIR software disabled, the game behaves normally. Also, with the 4.0 software everything seems to work fine.

Version of Windows?
System specs?
Video card driver version?
Any other add-ons installed for LO?

XP32 SP3
MSI P35 Neo2-FR/E8400@3.96GHz/4GB DDR2-1066/XFX 7950GX2
ForceWare 182.50
No addons for LOMAC (fresh install, just the patches up to 1.12)
Edit: sorry about the typo, it's 182.50

Lock On Flaming CLiffs looks OK here (ForceWare version 176.26).
Some quick questions:
- Can you try running without hardware acceleration?
- Is the TrackIR 5 software minimized, minimized to the system tray, or not minimized at all?
- Can you try with TrackIR 5 in PanelView mode only?
- Are you using a mutliple monitor setup?
thx

Re: 5.0 Beta 4 bug in LOMAC Flaming Cliffs
I got it: - keep in mind that I have a dual-GPU card - for some reason "multi-gpu performance mode" was set to "alternate frame rendering" for Lock On in the nvidia control panel. I set it to "nvidia recommended" and now it works normally.
Still strange that Lock On runs flawlessly with alternate frame rendering set and the trackir software NOT running ...
I always keep the trackir software minimized to tray, BTW.
