Can't get Track IR 5 work in some games...

Hello

I just received my Track IR 5 with the clip Pro.

I started downloading the Track IR 5.0 Beta Software

Installing as Admin as i run under Vista 64 BIT

After Installing, running the programm as admin as well

In the software the Status Dots are:

Green: Camera connected and detected
Orange: Camera Tracking Status

if no game started:
Black: TrackIR Enhanced (Game Enabled)
if running F1 Challenge 99-02
Blue: TrackIR Enhanced (Game Enabled)

So for me eveything looks like it would work

But how can i adjust the movements to work in game?
Should i setup something in the gameconfig?
I was trying to edit the contolling options for the views in the gamemenu by turning arround the head...without succes

The same Problem with Collin MC Rae Dirt

For Arma2 it works...no trouble with that one....

so where is my problem?

Are you running both the gaming application, and the TrackIR software as an admin?

Are you in the steering wheel view, within each application?

Yes i run both with admin rights, and both are within steering wheel view...as shown in the video for F1 Challenge 99-02.

I have no idea how to adjust this in game menu to get track ir to work...hope you can help me.

So are you just wanting to adjust the speed, of the head movement?

There is nothing to adjust within the gaming applications, for how fast the head moves.

Those adjustments are generally made with the TrackIR software.

???....no i said it is not working at all for those games....but...i could get it work now for F1 Challenge and for Dirt... (i installed the 4.1.037 software as well)....but still Problems for Battlefield 2. If i run the Mouse Emulator, the Track IR Software and than Battlefield 2 , i have a crash to desktop for Battlefield...if i start my game without your software everything works fine.

The other Problem is now solved, but now i got the problem with Battlefield 2....some suggestions please?

Does mouse emulation start, and work, before starting BF2?

Running everything as admin, and yes...mouse emulation works without any problem before starting bf2

Hmmmm

Very odd, I just loaded BF2 here, with Windows 7 (64-bit), and mouse emulation, was working ok.

Was the TrackIR enhanced LED on, on the camera itself?

CD version of the application?

Yes the TrackIR enhanced LED was on during loading BF2. Everything looks well, i just got this crash to desktop (BF2 is no more working correct and was shuting down to prevent dammage to your hatdware...) I translated this from german, so i'm not shure if this is the exact message who would be shown if my Windows would be in english.

When i got my Track IR Hardware i had no CD with it, so i had to download the software from your site.

By the way, i wanted to reinstall my whole system, after that i will report you if i have the same problem or if it is solved.
