New customer, crashing software.

Hi,

I have just bought the track ir 5 and downloaded ver. 5b4 software.

It works great in FSX but when I try it in Armed Assaut the Track ir software crashes after a couple minutes. also when it is working i can not seem to center it correctly.

Hope someone can help.

What version of Windows are you using?

Any add-ons, mods installed?

Hi,
Is Armed assualt 1, works fine in FSX. I Have tried running in administrator which has stopped it crashing completly, but it seems after a while, one of the axis stop responding, e.g. I can't look up or down. but i can look left and right. So i quit the game and the, trackir software is still running but only the yaw axis was working. I tried restarting the computer and then its working fine again.

I have had no probkems with it in FSX.

Have you tried minimising the TIR software before going into ArmA1?

It has helped some people.

Yes I have minimised the track ir. I am going to try the version 4 of the software and see if that helps

Ok, using version 4 seems to do the trick. no problems at all
