Center function not working in game

Post by JSchultz »

Hello all,

My centering function has recently stopped working. I am using a TrackIR 5 with the latest software and driver. Playing ArmA II.

When I first set it up, center was bounded the F12 key. It worked great.

Now, all of a sudden, it does not work. I have tried reinstalling the software and driver but have not resolved the problem. If I want to re-center, I have to alt+tab and center it from Windows (it works fine in the TIR5 program), then go back in game. This is very frustrating.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

There is a function mapped in ARMA2 to F12 so that maybe causing conflicts in game.

As I am left handed the traditional WSAD configuration is of no use to me at all, so I always have to reconfigure keys. I mention this as I have to frequently go all the way through a games key presses so that I can get hassle free gaming and cannot remember if F12 was always taken. I have KB/ mapped as my TIR Re-centre.

I set up a second profile in ARMA2 and had to get my TIR re-set.

Good Luck.

Windows 7. Still no luck.

Not sure why it worked fine, then stopped. I didn't change anything...

Try running both the TrackIR software, and ArmA 2, as an admin (right click on the exe file for each and select run as admin)
