Cannot clear Beta5

Tried to remove the faulty beta 5 but unable because of "locked file"
How can I get back to a position to enable a fresh instal of beta 4?

No files should be locked under normal behavior. It could be that the TrackIR.exe background process is still running, which would probably disallow uninstallation. Try looking for it in the Processes tab list in the Task Manager. If it's there, manually terminate the process. You should be able to continue uninstalling Beta 05 after that.

I had this problem too. If you look at my earlier post it tells you how to delete all the files.

fyne open your NaturalPoint/TrackIR folder. I would delete each of the remaining files (after a uninstall) one at a time. Once all those files are deleted I would then delete the folders too.

If you can I would also use a different port as this will force your PC to re-install new drivers once you have installed beta 4.
