TrackIR software trick mouse settings?

Is it anyone more than me that's getting a filing of that the TrackIR software trick mouse settings?

Than I start a game after the installation of TrackIR I get a filing that the mouse sensitivity has dubbed (the mouse move faster) in game. The same for the double-click, almost impossible on the first two clicks, has to tap the mouse bottom rapidly for making a double-click.
The game that I currently referring to is ArmA2, but I also think that SWAT4 was faster, haven't SWAT4 in mouth, so it's posible that I just forgot the old settings.

Anyway, my system is a Vista x64, Logitech mouse with latest SetPoint installed.
On the desktop the mouse work just fine, no problem with double-click or anything.

Anyone recognise this experience?
