There should be an INF file in Program Files/NaturalPoint/TrackIR5/Drivers. Is this present? If not, you could try reinstalling the software.

Can you please elaborate on the issue you're having? This post doesn't offer us much information to evaluate.

If you are having trouble with the 5.x software which you don't have with 4.x, one thing you can use to diagnose the issue is turning off OpenGL in 5.x. This is done by adding a "1" entry to the settings.xml file in the 5.x folder.

I have the same problem in FSX with F9.- I am uninstalling 5.1 beta 02 until a solution is provided.-

Issue resolve I re install TrackIR_4.1.038.beta.04, re activate it, then install V5 beta2 on top. Now it sees it...

the problem is the fact your software still stops Battlefield 2 from starting, it seems you choose to ignore the issue and after 2 further software updates it is still doing it!

Hi!

Same problem here with F7. I use F9 and F12 by default, but deactivate F7 for ground unit view in DCS and flaps in FSX. Deactivated or change key in profile keep F7 blocked.
Waiting for new version to play DCS A-10 in 64bits...

Just installed latest beta 5.1 (2).

Don't know what you have done but my tracking is much much smoother now. I suspect I was one of the ones having an issue with the Jitter (always seemed to be to the right) as this has now gone.

Big difference for me though - so thanks for the update.

I have installed the 5.1.beta but when I try to run it in admin mode, no device detected. I can't find any posts that indicate why this would be the case. I have completely deleted the old files and rebooted several times with no success. The install process seems to run normally although as expected from beta drivers windows 7 says the driver is not signed off but I install with no issues. Edit: My mistake was not picking up on the unplugging of the TR5 before the uninstall, install process....all working now.
