I'm currently running TIR5 software version 5.0.300 (Build 6225) under Win7.

When I go to the Progams and Features page and select TrackIR5 and right click the mouse, the "Uninstall/Change" pop-up box appears like it is supposed to. However, when I left click "Uninstall/Change" pop-up, nothing happens.

So how do I uninstall and update to the latest version of TIR5 if I can't get past this issue?

Hi Bill,

Just download the .exe for the new build of software, and run it. It should take you through the uninstallation process first. Then, run it again to install the new build.
