USB 3.0 vs. 2.0

Any differences in power between these two? I'm ordering a system that now has two ports at 3.0

USB 3.0 is up to 10x faster than USB 2.0 (5 Gb/s vs. 480 Mb/s)

no power change then... I wasn't sure if the Tir5 had any issues with USB 3

Not that I've seen that solely affected TrackIR. I've seen some issues, but they were more global in scope (the same crashes that happened with TrackIR also happened with other USB devices).

If possible, could you let me know the chipset manufacturer for your USB 3.0 system, as well as your results in usage?
