Saving Edited Profile Under New Name

How can I edit an existing profile and then save it under a new name so as not to erase the original profile?

For those interested, the answer to my question above as provided by Natural Point is:
First make a copy of the original profile by clicking on the Copy icon. When you click on Copy it will open a Name box so you can rename the profile copy. You then go back an modify this newly named profile as you wish, and then click on the Save icon.
