Hello,
I am running a track ir 4 with the new version 5.2.200 software with track clip mounted on my headphones, on a windows 8 64 bit mchine.
I am getting frequent view glitching, with the default glitch giving me an over the shoulder view. This seems to get progressive worse the longer I use the device to the point that after two minutes of frustration I disable and fly without. Could it be my prescription glasses affect the signal or is there something else you suggest I try?
thanks

Re: glitchin DCS world
Hello,
Because you are using the TrackClip Pro I suspect it is not related to your glasses. I would check the Camera Window viewport within the TrackIR software. Move your head around as you would in DCS. You should see 3 green dots consistently. Red indicates interference from any number of light sources.
If you are still having an issue we could remote in and take a look. If a remote desktop session is something you would like, please create a ticket at help.naturalpoint.com.
