Source code of visualtest.exe

Hi,
I wonder how to connect to and switch between multiple cameras from one application and would appreciate taking a look at the source code of the provided visualtest.exe app. Is the source code of visualtest anywhere available? Any chance to get it? It would be a nice holistic sample of the camera SDK.
