Hi maikelnai,

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a custom version of the firmware.

You can achieve the offset you're looking for by utilizing two of our eSync devices. Each would run on a separate PC, essentially creating two one-camera systems with one being the "master" and the other slaved to it with an appropriate sync offset.
If an eSync device is present, and it is under external sync, then a sync offset can be applied up to one frame period to delay the camera exposure from the external signal.

Cheers,
Steven

Hello Steven,

we have discarded using the Slim13E cameras for our current project, but we would like to know if the Flex13 cameras are suitable to replace the Flex3 cameras. As you know, we need to set a 3 ms exposure on each camera and achieve delays of 2500, 5000 and 7500 us between them (using an Optihub). Can you confirm this points?

Thank you so much for you support.

Regards,

Eduardo Valtuille.

Hello maikelnai,

The shutter delay feature was never implemented for the Flex 13 camera, so this would not be a suitable replacement for your Flex 3.

Cheers,
Steven
