Hello forum!
I contact you because need your help with the next question :
I have a System with 8 slim13e cameras working fine Several weeks ago, and suddenly 2 of those cameras stop working. They don’t switch on. When connect to the POE switch with other rj45 Wire they don’t POWER on. With other poe switch same occurs.
Anybody can help me? Si you live some similar Gail with your cameras anytime?

It sounds like the cameras have stopped working and may be in need of repair.

Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can issue an RMA. When doing this, please include the serial number for the cameras, and the steps you performed when troubleshooting.
