Re: There is a problem with the Auto Characterize.
Hello Changwon,
Could you please describe the problem you are having with the auto characterize?
I did notice that, if you select the character nodes that are created and open the Definition tab, the skeleton has been mapped but the Characterize check box has not been enabled. If you have the performers stand in a T-Pose facing positive Z, you can then enable the Characterize check box to finish characterizing.
I will be sharing this information with development as well, to be sure this is the workflow we intended, and not an oversight.
Best regards,
Steven

I have to proceed as above picture. Of course, while checking the Auto characterize.
The characterize check box is to be automatically enabled.
What is the T-Pose facing positive Z of the two pictures? In both cases, have a problem.
Thank you.

Re: There is a problem with the Auto Characterize.
Hello Changwon,
Positive z.jpg seems to be facing positive Z correctly.
Could you please describe the problem you are having? You mention that with both poses you are experiencing a problem in charaterization, but if you could actually describe the problem it will help me to understand what is wrong.
If you would like to open a support ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com we can communicate more directly there to troubleshoot any problems you are having. If you can record a video of your process and the problem, this might also help us to better understand.
Cheers,
Steven
