I really hope someone here can help us with this issue. We have recently had to do a fresh installation of windows on the PC used in our lab for motion captures. We have installed Windows 10 Enterprise. We are not sure if this could be the source of the issue.
What is happening is the following and it occurs with MOTIVE 2.2.0 and 2.3.1. After the software controls the validity of the license and the license key, right before completing the start it quits without any error.
We are trying to figure out what could be the issue. Do you know if there is a way to start in a debug mode to identify what is causing the sudden quit?
