Licence Issues

We have been using Arena for some time and last week decided to buy the 1 year licence updates so we can move to Motive.

I installed the final release today and it says our licences is invalid.

I've tried using the licence tools etc, but to no avail.
I've sent this as am email to support also.

Please can someone get in touch with a solution.
