Hi
My motive frequently doesn't start properly.
When double click Motive icon, unorganized pane layout often appears.

I need to exit and restart motive many many times to start properly.
Is there any tips to solve this problem?

Could you please tell me what version of Motive you are using? If you are not using the latest version on our website, could please update to the latest and let us know if the issue still occurs?
