Motive 1.5.0 calibration crash

Post by ky2012 »

Hi forum readers and naturalpoint administrators,

I have encountered an issue during my camera calibration process. After collecting minimally sufficient data for Motive 1.5.0 (as I am using a really old licence) to calculate the capture volume, Motive was not able to carry out the calculation but crashes. A screenshot is attached to show the exact instance right before the application crashes. Pardon me for the poor quality of the results, but the screenshot shows that the PixelER column is black and not able to load. I am grateful for any assistance provided.

Cheers,
KC

Hello KC,

This does sound like a problem. Have you been able to calibrate previously? Have there been any changes to your system such as graphics card driver or Windows updates?

Do you have a second machine you can attempt calibration on to see if this might be machine specific?

This is one of those more difficult issue to troubleshoot, so you might want to open a support ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com. This would help us to better address this issue with you.

Cheers,
Steven
