Hi I'm having a problem I'm doing an augmented reality application, using the v120:duo camera, and also using a rgb camera on the same computer, but when I run the motive I notice that the rgb camera freeze until I close motive software.

This happen not only on my application but on any other application that I have tested, for example I run the camera application that is by default installed on windows and then open motive the rgb camera freeze the image.
Anyone have this problem also?

My laptop where I'm testing this is a wndows 10, with 8gb of ram and i7-4500u 1.8GHz cpu and a nvidia gforce 745m

Hi darkmax,

Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your issue.

Unfortunately, USB devices sometimes interfere with each other when trying to run the optical tracking system. For this reason, it is often suggested users try not to connect any unnecessary USB devices.

It might be possible to avoid the issue if you can connect to two different buses. For example, if you have USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, plugging the tracking hardware into one, and the camera into the other, might help the situation. If it does not, however, I am afraid I cannot think of anything to avoid this.

Best,
Steven
