Diagnosing crashes at Motive 1.10 startup

We are running Motive 1.10.0 final, and at startup time Motive often crashes. Usually the program starts, but opening a project results in the terribly-unhelpful windows dialog "Motive has stopped working".

Since there isn't any useful information here, I'm at a loss on how to best debug this. Is there a way to run Motive from the command line or in verbose mode?

When the program crashes, we usually get *many* repeated startup crashes (at least10-40). Neither restarting the cameras nor the computer seems to help. After some time, the program eventually starts successfully and shows the "quick start" dialog.

Hello Felix,

Would you be available for a remote desktop session? I would like to review the Windows Event Viewer log to determine what is causing the crash.

Best Regards,
