Auto-merge unlabeled markers in csv export

We are experiencing extremely large cvs-files and long export times due a high amount of tracks with fragments of unlabeled markers. As we are using some external post-processing tools for auto-labeling, we still want these markers in the export, but would like these markers to be automatically merged into a minimal amount of columns in the csv export. Is there a way to achieve this in Motive?
