I have inherited an OptiTrack system with 6 x S250e cameras and Motive 1.5.0. I collected data yesterday and today successfully. However, while editing those data (labeling markers, gap filling) Motive crashes. And, despite saving the project multiple times prior to the crash when I reopen the project all of the files have had the 2D data deleted. The files can be located on the computer however they are all 1KB in size and clearly have no information contained therein. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, was there any method for recovering the lost data?
Thanks
Ryan

Re: Motive Crash Deletes 2D Data
Hello Ryan,
I have not seen a crash like that in a long time. Unfortunately, if the files (.tak) are only 1k, they seem to be damaged. There is no way to recover this.
Motive 1.5 is quite old, and if you are able we would suggest updating your license so you can run the newest versions. This would help to insure you benefit from any fixes contained in the current builds.
Best,
Steven
