Streaming to Unity / floating feet

The character animation from Motive to unity causes the feet to float a lot. The skeleton data doesn't do this but anything through the avatar system (mechanim) doesn't come out right. I'm using the latest Unity plugin and Motive 2.0.1 with Unity 2017.3.p3

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hi RaveTZ,

This is an issue caused by the mecanim retargeting. Issues like the Inverse kinematics in mecanim are something the Unity team is aware of and working on. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do from our end to improve the situation while we wait so this; it remains something we are not currently able to overcome.

If you need something that works today, I have heard there is a plugin called Final IK that is supposed to perform better when it comes to the retargeting.
