Motive Finger Tracking Not Working

I recently got the finger tracking for my motion capture set up (I have been using my rig without them with no problems for the past year and a half) and when I try to use the finger tracking along with my usual setup the arms break as well as the fingers. The legs work fine the torso and the head work fine as well however the arms and fingers flail all over the place. When I took off the finger tracking to see if something was wrong with my set-up everything went back to normal. No matter how many times I had my actor T-Pose nothing was fixed. I tried creating a new file and even reswept my set and nothing worked. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice?

Hi Amandausr,

This sounds like something unusual, and it is hard to say what could be causing the odd arm movements.

You may want to reach out to Support, directly, so you can provide a recording (.tak) of the issue and the version of Motive you are using. This would help us to troubleshoot with you.

Best,
Steven

hey Amandausr

what kind of cameras are you using ?
i think anything below flex13 won't work due to the resolution.

(i tried fingers with my s250e cameras and my results appear to be like yours)
