motive camera suddenly shutdown !

Hi
I am using version 2.1.1 of the Motiv, and I am using 36 Prime41 cameras. We identified the symptoms that caused the camera to turn off suddenly during use. This occurs randomly. I want to see if these symptoms have occurred elsewhere and would like to hear some advice.

Hello kimtaehoon,

Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your system. It is not normal for the cameras to all power off or disconnect.

You may want to check that you do not have the firewall or antivirus running on the machine that is running Motive. You may also want to verify that all Ethernet cables in use are Cat 6, and that the entire network setup matches what is described in our documentation.
