Can I get images from cameras with motive API ?

Hi!
I'm working on stereo vision with cameraSDK but it takes too much time.
Because, to get camera images, I have to construct and destruct the frame class every frame.
So, I wonder if I can get camera images more quickly with motive API.
Also, I want to know how to synchronize cameras with motive API.
Please tell me whether it is possible or not.
