Motive randomly crashes to desktop (no error) - Looking for any log

Motive has recently had the bad habit of crashing straight to the windows desktop without warning or any single user input event. There is no error prompt or message from windows. Its almost like it just exits.

This hasn't happened when I'm recording but it does happen any other time (including streaming data). This was an issue that caused problems a couple months back but it seemed to go away. Its back and worse than ever while also disrupting production.

Is there any place I can find an external log or anything?

Please reach out to our Support team, and we can try to capture a crash dump to share with our engineers. This might help to point toward a cause for the crash.

In order to do this, you will need to be running the latest version of Motive available on our website.
