No Devices

I tested my OptiTrack today, when I finished the installation of all the Devices, the 12 cameras were normally powered by the switch, but when I opened the Motive software for testing, the software indicated "No Devices", which means that although my 12 cameras were capable of power supply, the Motive software could not detect the camera Devices, may I ask if any of my friends have encountered this situation?
