Motive 1.10.2 issue

I am encounter a weird issue when reinstalling the software again. The reinstallation was necessary because I had to fully reset my old terminal.

So, upon reinstalling the functionality for "Tracking" mode of cameras seems fine, but when toggle the camera to "Reference" mode- there is a white screen appearing instead of the RGB image. Has anyone encountered this before, or have any debugging tips?

Thanks for sharing your display issue with the community.

When white screens are shown in place of the 2D video, that is usually related to the graphics on the machine. We would start by making sure all available Windows updates are installed, as well as the latest factory drivers for the graphics card.
