Hello, we’re having an issue with the new cinepuck not calibrating itself when it turns on. Instructions say it should flash green when turning on as the internal imu self calibrates before connecting to the active base station, but ours turns on and the sync light (the one with the circling arrow icon) turns red briefly before turning to black.
The green power light stays on but no connection occurs.
our other active trackers connect cleanly without issue.
