Small movie of WWIIOL as FPS

Post by awz10 »

Is there anyone that has or can make a small movie of the TIR in WWIIOL using the infantry so we can see what it would be like? I am very interested in seeing the possibilities of what would be possible. If someone has already done so I would appreciate directions on how to acquire it.

man, aw, I'm so sorry I haven't gotten a vid up here for you. Last month or so I've had terrible PC issues and it was hogging me down.

Goto the WWIIOL forums here on the trackir site and you'll see some posted in a thread. I really am sorry.

whoa,
forgot to post about this here, sorry.

i put a link to rugen's recent videos on our WWIIonline page a few days back.
the link takes you here :
http://www.diamondd.boettcher.com/lowre ... ackir.html

where you can download several small videos.
-the first being infantry.

i recorded some raw clips of just shooting at sheep in infantry mode (while looking around excessively). let me know if you'd like to see it. not very exciting, so i'd only link it from this thread.

more later then!

Yes, Warren i would like to see it. I saw the other post with the infantry but it only showed just a few seconds with no combat or firing. I saw the other little clips also, that also looks promising as well. I didn't even think about the impact it would have on FPS in that aspect. Very exciting!!!

I noticed that the infantry video utilizes only the X tracking; never looking up or down. Any idea why this is?

they've sort of tied the gun to up down movement. not completely.
i'll try to get my rather droll (but larger and longer) video up today.
