Tracker IR5 and Xplane10 Incompatable.

I have not had this problem with IR5 or earlier IR versions, also other flight simulators. But with XPlane10 the link up fails. I use the hat reflectors, and facing the camera, the left light comes on during loading. but the right does not. could you advise me please?. Danny

X-plane requires that you activate the TrackIR in game. Load up TrackIR and then X-Plane 10. Open the Equipment tab of Settings/Joysticks and Equipment and then check the TrackIR box. Exit out of the dialog and select 3D view with mouse. It should work. Please let me know if this helps.
