scenery twinkles when using Track ir 5 pro

My graphics card is a Nvidia 760 .
12 gig ram 4 core 3.87 ghz.
Without the tracker the landscape is crystal clear , put on tracker and I get twinkling .

Drivers up to date ...
43 inch LG led tv\monitor
Any suggestions .....
