Hi,

I just got my Trackir 5 delivered to me and for some reason, flight sim 2020 doesn't recognize it. I have gone through the fourm:

viewtopic.php?f=77&t=18933&start=10

and attempted all the suggested fixes, but none have worked for me. All other games, such as DCS and Euro truck simulator work very well and I haven't had any trouble with them.

If anyone has any suggestions/fixes please let me know. Would appreciate it.

Have you updated the TrackIR gameslist in the software program? Please update the list manually and let me know if you are still unable to find "MS Flight Simulator 2020." viewtopic.php?f=86&t=19476

Thank you for reaching out to us on this.

Could you please check if your games list is up-to-date on TrackIR software?
Start TrackIR as an administrator. Click on the TrackIR button in the upper left corner of the software, and select "Check for Game Updates..." This should prompt the software to look for any updates to the Games List. If it finds any, you may need to restart the software to activate the new list.

MS Flight Simulator 2020 is in our current games list and should be between MS Flight Simulator 2004 and MS Flight Simulator X.
