I have tryed two older FPS`s Serious Sam and No one lives forever but the crosshair jumps alot across the screen and is not smooth, I know you need mouse look enable on but still jumps. Another thing is I hear people say about using TrackIR software with the SmartNAV unit how does that help?and how does it work? do I need it? is it still hands free? do I need to run both software together? I`m stuck. I am using the SmartNAV software, two switchs and Game commander 3 so hands free.
My setting are all on full thats best for me and windows setting are enhance pointer precision is not tick because to slow for me and speed on fast.
Please help thanks.

Are you getting any erratic movement on the desktop?

Which version of the SmartNAV software are you running?

Does this occur with any other applications?

Are there any extra IR sources showing up on the Tracking Screen, within the SmartNAV software?

The TrackIR software will work with a SmartNAV unit, but isn't designed as a mouse replacement software, just a view mod software.

1 - Have you tried the build 30 software?

2 - Are you playing the application in a "windowed" mode? If not, try that, and see what occurs.

3 - Are you running any other mouse software on the system, such as Kensington?
