TrackIR 5 seems to be working fine. However, like DickDasterdly, I also am using TrackIR 3 (with latest software and Games List) and can confirm that it's not working for me either.
By the way, nice setup McIce.

Not sure what it would take, in terms of implementation, to get it to work with TrackIR 3.
By the way, we are currently running a competition on
theHunter where first prize is a TrackIR 5 kit.

You should be able to use it with the 4.1.037 software, and making sure the games listed is updated so that the game title is listed in the TrackIR software.
If you are running Windows 7 , you might make sure that you are running both applications at the same permission level.
(right click on the exe file for each, and select run as admin)
