I use smartnav to play games handsfree.I am currently trying to play age of conan but having problems with moving with wasd keys,or mouse drag with right and left hold and drag. I am on a mission to play games and help all games work for handsfree people.

Can anyone help what switch to use and software (latch mode?)

I currently use Skeleton Key dual mode virtual keyboard to type, hot virtual keyboard for games, and a combo of supplied virtual mouse and point-n-click mouse for extra function like right drag.

please help me help others too, how do we play games?
