Can't get Track IR to work

I have installed the software, installed the hardware. I have amended my config file to reflect BMS.8 but I cannot get this device to work in falcon 4.

Any ideas?

Have you done everything suggested by Retro in the thread here?

Also note that 2D pits default to off.
