Updating to FSX kills FS2004 use in latest alphas

Great add-on but I always start out facing the rear of plane and can't turn around. Any ideas is greatly appreciated. However, trackir seems to work fine.

Try recentering the TrackIR, using the F12 key (default), before starting the application.

Does this remedy the issue?

Using F12 before starting FSX worked.

To what are you refering isn't working, 3ra_Luke?

I mean not working FSX + TrackIR, even with the F12 (or other centering key) trick.
I got FS2004 working perfectly with the "patched" .dll you sent me by email, but at the same time, disabled TrackIR on FSX.
I hope you could solve the problem soon.

OK, one step to try�.

1 � Delete the following file folder

C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect_67c7c14424d61b5b_10.0.60905.0_x-ww_429211e9

2 � Insert the FSX CD, and run the repair utility. Basically we are looking to reinstall the folder.

3 � Hopefully this should remedy the issue.

Sorry Vincent, absolutely no change following exactly the steps you wrote.
Its funny, because the TIR unit is active with FSX (yellow light and 4 leds) but does not track anything once you are inside the game.
