I have the same prob, but if I delete Fsuipc and the Modules folder all works well. it's not Track IR

EDIT,
it seams the Prob was actually SimConnect because I deleted the .Dll and repaired FSX and it is all working again even with Fsuipc and Widefs installed.

Removed FSUIPC and moved the Modules folder out of FSX and this does seem to stop the lag for me......short test period only.

Looks like a short term solution, thanks man

cheers

Sorry didnt work with SimConnect re install, came back after only 30 min flying. Back to renaming Modules folder to get stutter free panning.

from Peter about FSUIPC:

"
You only get stutters on panning? Are you sure you still get those *without*
TrackIR running? FSUIPC won't be interfering with FSX's ability to pan using
the mouse or keyboard, for instance, at all. But when using TrackIR you have
two very SimConnect-intensive programs competing for TCP/IP routing and
responses, and this is where anything else you have interfering with TCP/IP
will come in."
and
"
It isn't whether "antivirus" is running, it is to do with what's installed.
Security programs install hooks into TCP/IP and they remain whether they are
being run or not. Firewalls and other security programs do the same. Please
dfo scan some of the earlier extended threads and discussions on this in
trhe Forum. McAfee was a specially problematic one, as was ZoneAlarm and
Kaspersky. But almost any of them give FSX problems if configured wrongly.

If you have none of this then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for FSX's SP1
update and see if that helps."

Got to make a Choice,, Fsuipc with WideFS moving map and I-Vibe vibrations or Track IR.
I have tried everything and I cant run both TrackIR and Fsuipc together. The stutters when Panning are just too bad.
Hope you can work with peter and Fsuipc to get them to run together. In the meantime I have to compromise on what I miss most, My I-vibe or Track IR

Like Peter said, it is an issue with the amount of data across the TCP/IP stack that could cause an issue....

Do you have any firewall/antivirus software installed?

I flew last night for 1 hr without TrackIR and boom, it happened again, so it is definately nothing to do with TrackIR.
Windows firewall(default settings) and AVG 7.5 free antivirus( disabled in MsConfig startup and only started once per mth then disabled again)
Peter says he has TrackIR and Fsuipc running without a prob so it must be on my PC somewhere. nearly weekend, more time to try different things.

Micheal from FS-GS.com had a go at tuning up the pc and got me to download FileMon to monitor what was going on. It seams I have a Name Collision prob caused by something on my network or a port in the Modem, Found that my Network name was MSHOME in 1 screen and WORKPLACE in another, changeing that has made a diff and the Name collisions and now very infrequent and things seem to be running better.
Something to do with the wireless network maybe.
Anyway I am back to running Fsuipc, TrackIR and I-vibe and will see how that works while trouble shooting.
