What does "Updated FSX Support" in 4.1.034 beta mean?

Updated FSX support

As noted in the beta release notes, I'm curious to know what exactly was updated for FSX? What should I look for to tell if the beta has a positive effect?

We updated the way the the TrackIR software detects and uses the simconnect features of FSX. Hopefully there is very little to notice. There was some issues in the way the the original version of simconnect worked, and Microsoft changed somethings internally that would resolve the issues. All we did was allow our software to use the latest version of simconnect, if you have SP2(Acceleration) installed, if not then it defaults to the SP1, and RTM versions of simconnect.

Ah, I see. Well I have FSX-sp2, so maybe I'll notice some improvement. Thanks for the update.
