TrackIR 5 Framerate Drop for Lockon FC 2

Hi, I have the following issue:
When I start FC2 together with TrackIR 5 , Frame-rate drops dramatically, I have latest video drivers, latest patch for Lockon, and latest TrackIR software, I have DCS A-10 and no problems with it, but with FC2 this weird thing occur. When I pause it frame-rate is back to normal, the moment I unpause the trackir , same thing again ! Other titles that I'm using with TrackIR: FSX, FS2004 and FreeFalcon - no problems at all, this thing happens only with FC 2
Does anyone experienced the same ?

CPU: Intel Q9400 @ 2.66 GHZ
4GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4870
TRACK IR 5 with Trackir 5.1.300 Build 9945
Saitek X52 Pro

Is the TrackIR application minimized when lock on is running?

Yes, I'm using "minimize to tray" option, just to mention that the problem occurs even after fresh reinstall of Lockon 2 & Trackir 5

Are you launching the applications by right clicking and selecting "Run as administrator"?

Are you using any other peripheral devices such as a display or joystick setup?

No, it is just my saitek x52, every game/sim I run in "as administrator" mode , anyway this weekend I'm going to backup all my data and reinstall windows , just to see if it's any other software conflict and I will keep you updated
