Optitrack set up player avatar? Unreal

I want my VR user to have an avatar body,
However in Unreal the avatar is small - or the HMD is high and is misaligned. What is the correct method to connect the HMD to avatar? I'm using the 6 rigid body skeleton. Thanks!
